Anthony “Harv” Ellison is found guilty of kidnapping Tekashi 6ix9ine among other federal charges.
The testimony of Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, delivered in court was heard around the world as he detailed his involvement with the Nine Trey Bloods, outing the criminal activities of his former partners. His testimony aided in the guilty verdict against Ellison as well as Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack.
Both Mack and Ellison were found guilty of racketeering. The New York Times reports, Mack was also found guilty of conspiring to distribute narcotics. Tekashi 6ix9ine described the kidnapping incident in great detail. Tekashi 6ix9ine claimed Ellison and another person kidnapped him at gunpoint, where he exchanged his luxurious chains for his life. Moments of the July 2018 incident were caught on video.
According to the New York Times, Ellison’s actions were to expose Tekashi 6ix9ine as a fraud proving he was “not a real member of Nine Trey.” said the prosecution.
During his testimony the FEFE rapper admitted to joining the Nine Trey Bloods for protection and clout, hoping the Brooklyn gang affiliation would boost his rap career. Tekashi 6ix9ine reportedly denied federal witness protection and hopes to be a free man soon. His plans include hiring his own 24/7 security as well as continuing his music career.
