The Air Jordan 9 Retro ‘Statue‘ is one of those colorways that you have to pick up if you are into sneakers that have symbolic meaning. Well this pair, as you should be aware by now is inspired by the 12 foot statue that is out front the United Center, the home of the Chicago Bulls.
The release date is still in the air as it is rumored to be August 22nd but this white/militia green colorway is sure to be a DEF Cop for many. Also the confirmation on what inspired this colorway lies on the inner part of the tongue as the date November 1, 1994 is indication of when the statue was unveiled.
