Solange joins an all-star talent list for AFROPUNK Paris 2019. Both her and R&B singer Raphael Saadiq are the latest to join the lineup.
Taking place July 13 and 14, AFROPUNK Paris fuses top talent of Hip Hop, R&B, Rock and alternative styles bringing them together for one festival. Initially announced February 2019, the original lineup included Janelle Monae, Little Simz, Tiwa Savage, Lizzo, Rico Nasty, Masego and more.
AFROPUNK exists internationally with annual festivals in London, Joburg, Paris, Brooklyn, and Atlanta. AFROPUNK prides itself on being more than just a festival. Organizers hopes AFROPUNK Festival exists as a safe place for everyone. Their website describes a blank space to freak out in or to construct a new reality for all attendees.
