Aaron Rodgers left the match up against the Minnesota Vikings early in the first quarter after being drilled by linebacker Anthony Barr. He would not return.
Rodgers landed hard on his throwing (right) arm and was then taken to the locker room for X-rays.
The Viking would later confirm via twitter that Rodgers broke his collarbone.
QB Aaron Rodgers suffered a broken collarbone. There's a chance he could miss the rest of the season.

Rodgers could miss the remainder of the season which is a huge blow for the team as he is the main reason the Packers are 4-1 to this point. On an already injury depleted team Rodgers’ 13 touchdowns were holding the offense together.
Back up Brett Hundley takes over the offense for Rodgers and the Packers will have to find a running game to help him win as they are currently ranked 21st in the league in rushing offense.
Rodgers could possibly return for the end of the season. When he broke his collarbone in week 9 of the 2013 season he was able to lead the team in the playoffs the same year.
Ironically for Rodgers, who had been sacked 19 times through 5 weeks, this is the first time his offensive line has been healthy all season.
