Head Coach John Calipari and the Kentucky Wildcats have landed the commitment of 2023 top ten recruit and top three center Aaron Bradshaw. The Wildcats are no strangers to “one and done” talent and Bradshaw should be a first-round pick in the 2024 NBA Draft. Calipari is no stranger to this type of talent and will prepare him for that process. He committed to the Kentucky Wildcats over the NBA G League, Michigan Wolverines, Maryland Terrapins, Oklahoma State Cowboys, Louisville Cardinals, and UCLA Bruins. He should provide an immediate impact on the program next season.
Top-five recruit Aaron Bradshaw announced his commitment to Kentucky — Wildcats now have two top-five commitments and three in the top eight, and are considered the favorite for No. 1 recruit D.J. Wagner. Wagner is in Lexington this weekend, Bradshaw is expected to be as well.

The 2023 Kentucky Wildcats recruiting class is stacked, which the program has more than grown accustomed to in the John Calipari era. Joining Aaron Bradshaw so far in the 2023 class are top-three recruit Justin Edwards, top-ten recruit Robert Dillingham, and top-30 Reed Sheppard. They are also still in contention for other top names in the 2023 recruiting class including the number one overall player D.J. Wagner.
Assuming DJ Wagner joins teammate Aaron Bradshaw in committing to Kentucky (I do assume that), the Cats will have the No. 1 combo guard, No. 1 small forward, No. 2 center and No. 2 point guard and No. 9 combo guard in the 2023 class.
That’ll do.

John Calipari has nearly perfected the process of getting “one and done” prospects drafted as high in the NBA Draft Lottery as he can. Aaron Bradshaw will hope to be one of the next names on that long list. One day he will be playing in the NBA alongside the other pro former Kentucky Wildcats.
