2Pac’s legacy continues to grow as a new letter has been unearthed. In this letter written to his friend “Big Lock,” Shakur details his idea of putting together an all-star cast of rappers from different regions for an album titled ONE NATION.
The collaborative effort was to feature Smif-N-Wessun, Buckshot, Greg Nice, Scarface, The Outlawz, and Outkast. Additionally, Questlove confirms the authenticity of the letter as The Roots were approached about joining the project back in the mid-90s.
