On Friday, December 22, the REFORM Alliance offered a special holiday gift to mothers and children negatively impacted by the U.S. criminal justice system.
Joined by Lala Anthony, Cordae, Carmela Zumbado and Epiphanny Prince, Clara Wu Tsai, Robert Rooks and Meek Mill of the REFORM Alliance provided families impacted by the criminal justice system with a VIP experience at the latest Brooklyn Nets–Denver Nuggets showdown in New York. Beginning with a tour of the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, system-impacted families were treated to a special day of activities, including dinner, personal shoot-around experiences, and an opportunity to watch players warm up courtside. At the end of the night, special guests walked away with gift bags filled with Brooklyn Nets merchandise, REFORM Alliance merchandise and much more.
This is the third year of the Season of Giving series. Launched in 2019, the series offers unique, one-of-a-kind holiday experiences to families impacted by the criminal justice system. In the past, families have attended Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers and New England Patriots games with special guests.
