
The 2018 NBA Skills Challenge will once again go back to the ‘bigs versus smalls’ format and the defending champion, New York Knicks all-star Kristaps Porzingis, headlines the field of stars officially announced on Thursday night.
He will be joined by Philadelphia 76ers big man Joel Embiid, Utah Jazz rookie Donovan Mitchell, Brooklyn Nets breakout guard Spencer Dinwiddie, Los Angeles Clippers sixth man Lou Williams, Boston Celtics forward Al Horford, Denver Nuggets sharpshooter Jamal Murray and Chicago Bulls rookie Lauri Markkanen.

The 2018 NBA Skills Challenge will be one of three marquee Saturday night events during the 2018 NBA All-Star Weekend. The field for the 2018 NBA Slam Dunk Contest was leaked a couple of weeks ago and the three-point shootout competitors were also announced.
The 16th Taco Bell Skills Challenge is part of State Farm® All-Star Saturday Night, which will air on TNT and ESPN Radio at 8 p.m. ET. All-Star Saturday Night also includes the JBL Three-Point Contest and Verizon Slam Dunk.
