
Zoom is making an effort to unite families that are separated during the COVID-19 pandemic. The video conferencing service has announced that it will lift its 40-minute call limits during Christmas, Kwanzaa and New Years’.
“COVID-19 has changed how we live, work, and celebrate in 2020, and like everything else this year, the holiday season doesn’t look the same,” the company stated.

“As a token of appreciation to our users during an extraordinary time, we’re removing the 40-minute limit on free Zoom accounts for all meetings globally for several upcoming special occasions.”
Forty-minute time limits will be lifted from December 23 to December 26 and again from December 30 through January 2. For more details, look over the company’s official statement.
