Zach LaVine and Jamal Crawford are apparently very good friends in real life. So, Zach LaVine did what any good friend does and pranked Jamal Crawford bad on “Jimmy Kimmel Live”. In a very mid 2000’s “Prank’d” vibe set with hidden cameras and Cousin Sal back with LaVine, Crawford believed he was arriving for a charity photo shoot with his friend.
When he arrived there was no two time slam dunk champion but there was a photo shoot for children without hover boards. Following that revelation, the hilarity ensued from there. The photographer, played by Thomas Lennon, made him spin around, say things 10 times in a row, and even say the word “hoveriffic,” negatively and positively. Crawford was a great sport through it all and was insanely patient even as the photographer blew in his eyes after eating Altoids.
After getting into an argument about whether Crawford can actually get on a hover board, LaVine finally showed up. Crawford was visibly relieved when he found out he was not actually doing a photo shoot for kids without hover boards. You can watch the hilarious complete video below.
