Apparently there is some turmoil among “brothers” as a few interesting tweets took place which involve Young Thug and Metro Boomin.
By the looks of things, unless the two work this out I can almost feel the ‘MetroThuggin’ project being scrapped.
As we all know this year (2015) alone Young Thug is on his third project (Slime Season 1,2 & Barter 6) while Future who is on his fourth (Beast Mode, 56 Nights, What A Time To Be Alive, Dirty Sprite 2), Metro feels he had to address the wave their own, him and Future, as others are trying to duplicate. The tweets suggest that from 2014 to now that Future has set a standard to releasing quality music as opposed to holding out and releasing trash, basically.
I don’t know what caused for these series of tweets to perspire but by the sound of things Young Thug took offense to what was being said considering no names were mentioned. He then proceeded as you can see, that he looks at himself as Michael Jackson and Future to be Tito.
I could have sworn Thugger and Hendrix were cool as well as Young Metro but lets see what happens next.
Check out the tweets below

— Metro Boomin (@MetroBoomin) November 9, 2015
Don’t tweet me about anything before 2014 because that’s not what I’m talking about. Talk to me about the CURRENT state of rap music.
— Metro Boomin (@MetroBoomin) November 9, 2015
Niggas know Guwop and Weezy legends. What’s understood doesn’t have to be explained.
— Metro Boomin (@MetroBoomin) November 9, 2015
All I’m saying is, I wish that everyone would put out more quality music over the quantity. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.
— Metro Boomin (@MetroBoomin) November 9, 2015
Moral of the story is, putting out 5 tapes in a year won’t make you heat up like Future. That was just his path. It’s not for everyone
— Metro Boomin (@MetroBoomin) November 9, 2015
Just take all the hardest songs from the 5 tapes you plan on dropping, and make 1 tape full of fire. #qualityovereverything
— Metro Boomin (@MetroBoomin) November 9, 2015

— Young Thug ? (@youngthug) November 10, 2015
UPDATE: Seems that Young Thug has taken back his previous tweets, well, at least towards Future.
I have nun in the world against future I listen to his music
His music makes me happy and I hope he continues to bless me and others with it
