Over the last few years, Atlanta has given birth to a number of new artists ranging from Young Thug to Young Scooter. While the new acts that come out of the city get most of the attention, Atlanta has been home to some of the best record labels in the industry. Most notably, Quality Control has garnered a large amount of attention thanks to the success of the City Girls, Cardi B and more. In the background, LVRN has found success in the city through a number of acts. During LVRN’s run, they’ve been behind Raury, 6lack and many more. More recently, they’ve found success with Summer Walker, Boogie and D.R.A.M.
To kick off the weekend, the Love Renaissance team has welcomed in new music from their acts, D.R.A.M and 6lack. In the background, the management team quietly ushered in a new act. Late Thursday night, D.R.A.M tweeted that a new act by the name of Young Rog would be dropping new music tonight on Waver Records. A quick social media search showed a recently created account has been previewing a new record called “Ex-Mas”. It’s still unclear who this act is or where they come from, but it’s clear from their bio that they managed by Love Renaissance. While we learn more about this artist, you can check out the new single, “Ex-Mas”.
