Memphis rapper Young Dolph suffered multiple gunshot wounds while in Hollywood Tuesday afternoon.

TMZ reported that Young Dolph was shot outside of the Hollywood & Highland shopping center.
Dolph, whose real name is Adolph Thornton, Jr., was taken to a local hospital for treatment. No information has been released about potential suspects or motive.
This marks the second time that Young Dolph has been involved in a shooting incident.

UPDATE: According to KTLA, Memphis rapper, Young Dolph has been listed as being in critical condition. Downgraded now to stable condition, LAPD Officer Meghan Aguilar says Dolph has undergone surgery after the shooting.
