YG is killing everything in 2018 and his performance at the 2018 BET Hip-Hop Awards is no different. This year, the California based rapper has remained incredibly consistent with features on Cardi B’s “She Bad” and DJ Mustard’s “Dangerous World”. In addition, the Compton born rapper dropped his new album Stay Dangerous. The project debuted at number five on the Billboard 200 with fairly positive reviews from critics. Thanks to features from Nicki Minaj, Big Sean, 2 Chainz and more, the album has earned its place among some of the best of the year.
Beyond the album, YG’s music has branched out to the Madden ’19 soundtrack and earned a place on this week’s episode of Good Looking Out hosted by Karen Civil. Not to mention, the rapper recently partnered with Barney’s for a new clothing line. Simply, YG has got everything going for him right now musically and business wise. With everything that is happening for the California based rapper, he remains as humble and focused as ever.
