YFN Lucci has turned himself after being charged with murder. The recent charges are connected to a December 10 shooting that left one man dead and another injured. The 29-year-old is currently being held in Fulton County Jail.
“Our review of the initial evidence made available to us, indicates there is no basis for any criminal charges against Rayshawn Bennett,” the Atlanta native’s attorney, Drew Findling, said.
“We will continue our own investigation on his behalf.”
YFN Lucci is not only being held for murder. He is also being charged with aggravated assault and participation in criminal street gang activity. Not to mention, he is being accused of possessing a firearm during the commission of a crime.
He is being held without bond due to a jurisdictional issue. Unfortunately, it will take a “few weeks” for the matter to be kicked up to a higher court.
