Denzel Curry’s summer has been nothing short of eventful. Over the course of the summer, Curry has appeared on Complex’s Open Late with Peter Rosbenberg and Everyday Struggle with DJ Akademiks and Wayno. Not to mention, he just released a new album with new visuals for “Clout Cobain” and features from Goldlink, J.I.D and Billie Eilish. Currently, Curry is making appearances at several festivals this summer before embarking on his own tour this fall.
Unfortunately, Curry is making all of these exciting advancements in his career while mourning the loss of his friend, XXXTentacion. Curry and X once lived together in a creative collective house. While the two had their ups and downs during their relationship, they were always close. This weekend, Curry took sometime to reflect on the unfinished work his friend had been developing in his last months. Curry took to Instagram to post what appears to be the tracklist of XXXTentacion’s unreleased album, Bad Vibes Forever. The alleged tracklist features seven songs with a possible list of features that includes Robb Bank$, Ronny J, Abra, Nicole Dollanger, Kellbender, Teen Suicide, King Yosef, Fifty Grand, Ethereal, Craig Xen, Fat Nick, Pouya and Denzel Curry.
It’s unclear if and when we’ll get the album, but it is clear that it is mostly finished and ready to go. Only time will tell if we’ll get one last project from the South Florida artist.
