Production on X-Men: Apocalypse is officially underway.
Production on the film began today with Kodi Smit-McPhee tweeting his full Nightcrawler costume to celebrate.
McPhee stars as the young Kurt Wagner in the upcoming film. No word yet on Wagner’s background but it’s been rumored that his story will tie in with Mystique’s who is played by Jennifer Lawrence.
X-Men: Apocalypse also stars James McAvoy as Professor X, Nicholas Hoult as Beast, Michael Fassbender as Magneto, Lucas Till as Havok, Evan Peters as Quick Silver, and Rose Byrne as Moira MacTaggert.
Joining the cast is Tye Sheridan as young Cyclops, Oscar Issac as Apocalypse, Alexandra Shipp as young Storm, Sophie Turner as young Jean Grey, Ben Hardy as Angel, Lana Condor as Jubilee and Olivia Munn as Psylocke.
