It’s always a pleasure when a rapper has the ability to rap, and if you couldn’t tell by his name, Wordsmiff can really rap. To end off January 2016, Smiff dropped off the third installment in his BarXzam series completely obliterating the beats thrown his way. Just a few short days later, he was bringing his high energy to Hot 97’s Who’s Next? stage. This is the same stage where he premiered the Intro off of his upcoming project, “Can A Nigga Dream”, which brought him to tears of joy.
Smiff didn’t release nothing for the month of February, but it didn’t mean he wasn’t working and today is a result of that work. Today Smiff releases the fourth installment in his series, “The Vent”. The record starts off with a clip of a Will Smith interview explaining how he was able to become the success that he is — pure work ethic, something Smiff has. For three minutes straight, over production from Epik and Classixs Smiff gives you all of his recent thoughts.
Like I said before, it’s always a pleasure when a rapper can rap. Enjoy the raps on “The Vent IV” below and stay tuned for Smiff’s upcoming project, “Can A Nigga Dream”, releasing this month.
