With Dante Exum likely out of the upcoming season, Utah Jazz head coach, Quin Snyder is pushing for his team to trade for Garrett Temple. The Wizards are listening to offers and are willing to trade away their backup guard who has been with the team for the past three seasons.
As @DJJazzyJody tweeted, Jazz have interest in Wizards G Garrett Temple and Wizards not opposed to making a deal, I’ve been told.

Ramon Sessions will likely be ahead of Temple on the depth chart if both are to on the roster when the season comes, which could be a reason Washington is at least listening to offers. With Sessions entering a contract year, he could be poised for a breakout season, and for now, seems much more valuable than Temple.
A package put together by Utah would probably include some late draft picks or expiring contracts to help the Wizards get ready for the run at Kevin Durant next offseason. A deal could give Washington a lot more value in the long run than Temple would for this season, so a trade makes a lot of sense at this point in time.
