The Washington Wizards and John Wall received some bad news after Game 1 of the Hawks vs. Wizards series, because John Wall fractured his hand and wrist in 5 different areas. Since then, the Hawks have tied the series 2-2. Now, after telling people that he will go through a workout to see if he can play, John Wall will start for the Wizards in Game 5 in Atlanta. Chris Miller of CSN reported:
It’s official John Wall is active and expected to start with no minutes restrictions. Game On! #WizardsTalk #WizHawks

Randy Wittman said pregame that if Wall played tonight, he would be under no minute restrictions: ” that would bs a non-issue.”

Now that John Wall is starting, the Wizards have a good shot at competing in this series again. You knew that Bradley Beal and supporting cast wouldn’t be able to hold it down without their All-Star point guard for a long time and that was evident in Game 4. With Wall back and not having any minute restrictions, can the Wizards upset the Hawks?
