Wizards Fans Voice Opinions Who They Want Drafted With 19th Pick

NBA DRAFT TOMORROW! Who would you like to see the Wizards pick?

The Washington Wizards hold the 19th and 49th picks in the 2015 NBA Draft and the player they will be drafting is still up in the air. Even though their fans may not know exactly who their team is going to pick, each one has their own opinion on who they would like to see in a Washington uniform next season.

Jerian Grant wouldn’t be the best fit in DC, but a lot of fans love his game and what he could bring to the team. With the point guard position filled for the Wizards by John Wall, I’m sorry to tell a lot of these fans their dream won’t become a reality.

Others are going with Justin Anderson even though he was making fun of Wizards point guard John Wall yesterday when getting ready to throw out the first pitch at a Washington Nationals baseball game. Anderson is likely going to be available when the Wizards pick at 19, and could be an option if the team is looking in that direction.

Even though Sam Dekker won’t be available when the 19th pick comes, some fans are still hoping for the former Wisconsin player to find a home in the nation’s capital. If he is available, he won’t be once the 19th pick comes around, but to be realistic, it just won’t happen.

The hometown favorite Dez Wells appears to be wanted in the district. The former Maryland star could be a second-round pick, or even an undrafted free-agent, and may be able to remain close to his home for the past few years.

Obviously there are going to be some fans who will dream about players than have no chance of ending up with the Wizards.

Karl Anthony Towns won’t be coming to the Wizards, but some of these players could be legit possibilities. It’s almost time to find out and the wait is almost over.
