The MLB says the weed gesture ‘should not have happened.”
Wiz Khalifa has caught some heat recently for his weed smoking gesture during his first pitch appearance. Earlier this week, he was invited by the Pittsburgh Pirates to throw the first pitch. In Wiz fashion, the local rapper rocked a “Legalize It” tee while before throwing the pitch pretended to smoke a joint.
Afterwards, the MLB responded, saying how the gesture “should not have happened.” The organization also said, “Marijuana is [a prohibited] substance in all of our drug programs. It is unfortunate this situation occurred.”

Since his controversial pitch, Khalifa has yet to speak publicly about it. Instead, Wiz shared a video on his attitude about legalizing the drug.
