Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors received the highest of honors yesterday. Curry has been named an NBA All-Star, won the NBA’s scoring title and he’s even made 400 three-pointers in a season. Yet despite those high regards, Curry possibly received the highest honor for any player in NBA history. He won the 2016 NBA MVP award unanimous, the first player to ever do so in NBA history.
Curry, who is always the humblest man in the room, spoke before media, his family and representatives from the Warriors yesterday as he accepted his 2016 NBA MVP award. Riley Curry might have stolen the show but it was Curry who had another great MVP acceptance speech.
