In case you happen to live under a rock or do not follow sports, you’ve missed the best performance of the 2014-2015 season. Kyrie Irving took it upon himself to put the entire city of Cleveland on his back. The Cavs were without LeBron James and facing the daunting task of beating the powerful Portland Trailblazers, who had their full complement of stars: LaMarcus Aldridge, Damian Lillard, Nicolas Batum, and Wesley Matthews.
The focus of this post is solely on Irving’s phenomenal game, but not to be outdone was Aldridge who scored an astounding 38 points along with collecting 11 rebounds. However, the former top pick from Duke not only pumped out a double-nickel, he did so while shooting 11-for-19 from beyond the arc.
