Stephen Curry has been fantastic this season, and his performance Friday night vs. the Grizzlies was no exception. Curry scored 38 points to go along with 10 assists; his 2nd straight game with at least 30 points and 10 assists.
Stephen Curry’s highlights are always impressive, and he’s one of the most exciting players in the league. “Bad shots” for most players are good looks for Curry.
One of his plays in particular stood out from the rest. At around the 0:20 mark, Curry evades Vince Carter, and fires a 3 off the dribble with Mike Conley’s hand right in his face.
It was a tough shot, but Stephen Curry was so confident that it was going in that he did a moonwalk-like backwards feet shuffle dance before the shot went in and then he rocketed back up the court.
With last night’s win, the Warriors have now beaten every team in the league, and are the only team to have done so.
It may be time for Grizzlies fans to start worrying. Widely-considered a top-4 team in the league, Memphis has now lost 6 of their last 12, last night’s 23-point routing by the Warriors, and a 22-point loss to the Cavaliers two nights before. Sure, Golden State and Cleveland are two of the top teams in the league, but if Memphis wants to be the best, they need to beat the best.
