A little good karma ahead of the playoffs never hurt anyone and the Warriors are getting just that. That’s what the Warriors are getting.
Golden State flew out a young fan and his family to the Bay Area for a game at Oracle Arena after they bought invalid tickets when the Warriors visited Atlanta. The family paid for $600 tickets on the secondary market but were not allowed to enter Phillips Arena; they were eventually given a refund but more importantly, they were given the chance to watch a Warriors game in their home arena. Isaiah Simpson, the six-year-old Stephen Curry fan, and his family were given courtside seats by Warriors’ owner Joe Lacob. Isaiah was also able to meet Curry as he watched the Dubs beat the Memphis Grizzlies 106-94.

This is an awesome gesture by Golden State. At a time when many organizations and the league are coming under fire for resting star players and ruining the product for fans, the Warriors were able to treat one family to something special.
