Last night, the Golden State Warriors were looking to get back on track after losing a shocking game to the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday, the target in their sight was the Orlando Magic. The young squad from Florida was looking to not only hand the Dubs their first back-to-back losses of the season but also end the Warriors home winning streak before they could break it.
After a late rally from the Magic, the Warriors would eventually hold them off and get the victory behind a big output from the ‘Splash Brothers’, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. The Warriors now have the NBA record for most consecutive home wins, breaking the record of the Chicago Bulls and they continue on the path towards breaking the regular season wins record.
The Warriors ended their shooting struggles after only making four against the Lakers, they made five in the first quarter alone against the Magic. They made 16 three’s on the night but they did turn the ball over 24 times, something that has been troubling as of late for the Dubs.
