Everyone loves games like these. Defence? What’s that? Didn’t see it in this game. All offence. Imagine if this went to overtime…?
Anyways everyone was getting in on the action but it was the point guards who stood out. Stephen Curry and Chris Paul.
Curry scored 38 points sinking 9 threes but also accrued 11 turnovers…
Paul topped Curry in every category. 42 points, 6 steals, 15 assists!
And with Jordan and Griffin racking up a combined 27 rebounds I can see why the Clips won.
I think the loss against the Lakers helped the Clippers. It gave coach Rivers some motivation and a chance to tell them “this won’t be a walk in the park”. Similar to the Heat and their loss against the Sixers. A collective punch in the stomach.
I can’t wait till these two teams clash again…
