
Warner Records has added a new face to its A&R team. Ericka Coulter is poised to step into the position of Senior Vice President of A&R.
“Ericka is an extraordinary champion of new talent,” Warner Records CEO Aaron Bay-Schuck said.
Coulter has played an integral role in expanding the careers of Rick Ross, Giveon, and Lonr. She’s also worked at several different record labels including Interscope, Capitol and Epic. Outside of her work with various labels, she’s created The Basement Series, a live performance showcase for rising acts. Over time, the series has featured BLXST, G Herbo, Mereba, Kalan.FrF and Kaash Paige
“She’s not only a great A&R exec, with a gift for discovering and nurturing amazing performers, but she’s taken her passion to the next level by creating a fantastic environment where artists can find the people and resources to develop long-term careers,” Bay-Schuck added.
