Deadline is reporting that Warner Bros. is considering rebooting the 60s cartoon classic ‘Scooby Doo’.
Screenwriter Randall Green has been hired to pen a new live action film but no plot details or direction has been announced yet.
Warner Bros. found success in 2002 and 2004 with ‘Scooby Doo’ and ‘Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed’ starring Sarah Michelle Gellar, Freddie Prinze Jr., Matthew Lillard, and Linda Cardellini. Both films took in $153 million and $84 million respectively.
