Folarin has returned.
On Monday, October 13, 2025, Wale announced his eighth studio album, Everything Is A Lot, will drop on November 14, 2025. Serving as the follow-up to Folarin II, Everything Is A Lot arrives on the heels of Wale’s recent run of freestyles and loosies, including “Yukon,” “CRG” and “James” produced by Don Cannon.
One day after announcing his eighth studio album, Wale also shared that he would return to his hometown for a performance at The Anthem near the southwest waterfront. However, he’s not coming home alone. He’s bringing guests like Chicago’s Jeremih, who he has previously worked with on songs like “On Chill” and “The Body.” The homecoming show will also feature the legendary band and Go-go staple TOB. Wale and TOB recently collaborated on a live performance of “Blanco” and “Jump In” from 2021’s Folarin II.
Wale’s Everything Is A Lot arrives at the tail end of the year, but not at a quiet time for album releases. Santan Dave, Hit-Boy, Alchemist, Monte Booker, Roddy Ricch and several others are all set to release new albums within the month.
