Vince Carter left Thursday night’s Memphis Grizzlies blowout of the Denver Nuggets with what looked like a non-contact injury to his left leg.
The following from Ronald Tillery of the Commercial Appeal.
Carter, who celebrated his 38th birthday on Monday, will undergo an MRI Friday to determine the extent of his injury. The fear is Carter might have a fracture.
Carter was helped off the court favoring his left foot and you can tell he was in obvious pain. It didn’t look like much, but usually, the non-contact injuries are the worst injuries.
He’s going to undergo an MRI today and hopefully it’s not as serious as a fractured foot because that might mean bad things for Carter’s career.
