Vin Diesel has confirmed that there is a ‘Riddick’ sequel in the works.
Diesel confirmed the information during a video he uploaded to his Facebook where he is singing and dancing to Beyonce’s Drunk in Love and Katy Perry’s single Dark Horse.

“I’m just excited, and happy, and I’m shouting out to you guys to say thank you. Universal just called me and told me Riddick is number one on the DVD charts,” said Diesel. “It’s a win for all of us and I really, really thank you so much. Yeah, I’m excited, and of course, Universal also says they want to develop the next one.”
Last year ‘Riddick’ made $98 million worldwide with a $38 million budget with Diesel putting up his own money to fund the project.
