In Washington’s 111-108 overtime loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers, Will Bynum, listed at 6-feet 185 pounds made this floater over the 7-foot 1-inch 250 pound giant Timofey Mozgov. Bynum did get blocked a few times in the game when he tried to shoot around the trees in the post for the Cavaliers, but somehow managed to get this one to drop down. Give Kevin Seraphin a little credit for sealing Mozgov for a bit to give Bynum some extra time to get the shot up.
Bynum has made steady contributions to Washington ever since he was signed by the Wizards once they decided to get rid of Toure’ Murry. In last night’s loss, Bynum scored 11 points, dished out 8 assists, and also grabbed 4 boards. The additional time given to Bynum while the starters were resting certainly gave a fair opportunity to Bynum to improve his season statistics to 3.1 points per game, 2.6 assists per game, and .9 rebounds a game.
