During an annual UNC and Duke basketball scrimmage the team managers possibly made an already intense rivalry even bigger — between the campuses, not necessarily to the common fan. It all began with an elbow connecting with the chin of a Duke towel boy, then all hell broke loose at the Dean Smith Center.
