It’s so subtle and graceful, there’s no way this is not the best handshake in basketball right now. The 2 big men for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Steven Adams and Nick Collison, must have accidentally made this happen because a handshake like this, just doesn’t get thought up beforehand.
No pun intended.
There have been great handshakes before in the history of the NBA.
Monta Ellis a few years back as a member of the Golden State Warriors.
Then you have whatever the heck this is between Kevin Love and Wesley Matthews a few years back when Love and Matthews were members of the Minnesota Timberwolves.
And of course, last but not least, the “nerdiest handshake in basketball”, shared between Jeremy Lin and Landry Fields.
But this one between Adams and Collison, takes the cake.
