The people over at ‘Great Big Story’ went behind the scenes with ‘NBA Jam’ video game designer Mark Turmell and he let us all inside the world of the classic arcade game.
While NBA Jam started in the arcades, over the years it has gone to console and PC gaming with a new rendition of the game in the 2000’s and recently it’s been featured in some highlight packages by some great video editors.
The game that absorbed many childhoods almost wasn’t started because of the NBA and Turmell tells that tale along with how he is possibly the best ‘NBA Jam’ player out there. At least when he uses a cheat code to get a special character.
