Stephen Curry is a monster at scoring. In the Warriors victory over the Magic on Thursday night, he scored 51 points on an amazing 20 for 27 shooting. Steph has clearly had a phenomenal season, and this game is just another outstanding game in a MVP caliber season. To go along with Steph’s 51 points, he made 10 of 15 threes, had 7 rebounds, and 8 assists. All of Curry’s heroic acts were needed tonight as the game was close going into the final quarter.
On the night, Curry only hit one free throw. He is now the first player ever with a 50 point game while only making one or less free throws according to Sportscenter. Also, Curry’s first three of the night marked the 128th consecutive game with a three, and that is an NBA record (Kyle Korver set it last year).
