Not even Shaq is safe from April Fool’s Day.
Shaquille O’Neal takes great pride in being the most dominant big man to ever play the game, but on April Fool’s Day, that can be compromised.
Bleacher Report put together a fake ranking of the Top 100 NBA centers of all time, which they went through with Shaq on “Inside The NBA”. As they go down the list from Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Bill Russell at no. 1 and 2, with Wilt Chamberlain at no. 3, the panel gets a little confused with names like David Robinson, Alonzo Mourning, and Jack Sikma (!) on the list without any mentioning of Shaq. Probably the funniest part of this is hearing Isaiah Thomas and Dennis Scott react as Shaq is nowhere to be found after a few names are mentioned.
Don’t worry. On any other day, we all should be in the same ball park as to where Shaq would really land on this list.
