On a night that the Oklahoma City Thunder went on the road and handed the Denver Nuggets a 110-104 loss, they continued to proved why they have possibly the best duo in the NBA right now. Russell Westbrook was making the highlights while Kevin Durant was killing all hope that the Nuggets had.
Westbrook dropped some nasty slams all over the Mile high city en route to his 27 points on the night. Not only did Russ throw down some nasty slams, he also handed out 12 assists. He did struggle to knock down some shots from deep as he went 10-22 from the field but 1-6 from three-point land.
Kevin Durant led all players in scoring with his 30 points on 10-23 shooting including a 3-9 performance from three-point range. While Westbrook was dropping dimes, KD was grabbing boards, 12 of them to be exact.
