When the Minnesota Timberwolves took on the Dallas Mavericks it was the first time since the beginning of the season that the T-Wolves had the trio of Ricky Rubio, Kevin Martin and Nikola Pekovic in the starting lineup. Ricky Rubio returned from a bad ankle injury to lead the Wolves and had some sick highlight plays.
While the Wolves fell to the Mavs, Ricky Rubio made his comeback to the lineup on the same day that Mavs starting point guard Rajon Rondo was diagnosed with facial fractures.
While the T-Wolves may not be hunting for the playoffs anytime soon, it is nice to see the T-Wolves to just about full health and have their lineup that they hoped to contend for the playoffs with back in full swing. This team might cause some havoc to other teams that are trying to make it in to sweet 16 teams remaining.
