With DeMarcus Cousins on the shelf, for the time-being, there has to be someone on the Sacramento Kings that has to step up. The newly acquired Rajon Rondo was the player to answer that call when the Kings hosted the undefeated defending champion Golden State Warriors.
The Kings dropped the game to the Warriors, 103-94 but they were in it thanks to some stellar play from Rondo.
Rajon put up a triple-double with 14 points, 12 rebounds and 15 assists and he also got four steals on the night with Stephen Curry as his matchup for the night.
If Rajon can channel his old style he had from his days in Boston, the Kings might have something interesting going in Sactown.
