It was a sad day in the NFL today as Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning had his retirement press conference today. The announcement had been expected for quite some time now but today Manning made it official.
Manning has broken a number of NFL records and he’s been at the top of the list of the NFL’s best athletes did everything imaginable. He’s a two-time Super Bowl winner, former Super Bowl MVP, a five-time NFL MVP, selected to the Pro Bowl 14 times, selected as an All-Pro 10 times. He’s the Indianapolis Colts career leader in wins, passing touchdowns, pass attempts, pass completions and passing yards, the NFL all-time leader in career touchdown passes, passing yards and wins and has the NFL record for single season yards and passing touchdowns.
Not much is left to be said and Peyton captures the great moments from his Hall of Fame career.
