Gasol leads the league in double-doubles.
Pau Gasol led the Chicago Bulls with 16 points and 15 rebounds in an 89-78 win against Miami on Thursday night. Four other Bulls scored in double figures but Gasol led the way with his league-best 51st double-double of the season as Chicago had to overcome a 19-point deficit.
It was Derrick Rose’s second game back since returning from his meniscus tear. Rose played a back-to-back and saw the floor for 20 minutes but didn’t play in the fourth quarter. As seen in the video, the Bulls ran their first play through Gasol, who paced the Bulls to an important Eastern Conference win as the postseason approaches.
