In the final seconds one would think that the last shot goes to John Wall, right? Fortunately, that didn’t happen, although Wall did have the rock; but it was the pass to an open Nene that would be the deciding factor. The Wizards’ forward scored the game-winning point by dunking it and leaving only 0.3 seconds left on the clock for the Pelicans (Haha, Pelicans, such a ridiculous name) to score.
Nene was the game’s leading scorer with 30 points and 7 rebounds, while teammate John Wall had 10 points with 12 assists. And for the Pelicans, Anthony Davis dropped 26 points and 11 rebounds.
