The Golden State Warriors won 51 games last season under Mark Jackson. They lost in the second round in the playoffs. Though still emerging under Jackson, something wasn’t right with the front office, and he was let go.
Jackson called the Warriors game on Friday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers and earned a warm welcome from fans and his former players.

Jackson also gave one of his witty metaphors when reacting to the job Steve Kerr is doing as the new head coach of this 29-5 Warriors team. Sure, Kerr did inherit a developed and talented team that Jackson mentored over three years, but you have to admit, the Warriors have never been more fun to watch.
