Los Angeles Lakers legendary point guard and NBA Hall Of Famer Magic Johnson continues to give his opinion on the Los Angeles Lakers and what they should be doing for the rest of the season concerning if they should just pack it up and chalk this season as a loss.
Magic took to the Jimmy Kimmel show to talk about his career with the Los Angeles Lakers, his current opinion on the team, the first time he met Kobe Bryant and talked about the first time he won an NBA championship.
Many believe so and the Lakers are beginning to make some moves pointing towards letting the season end before more bad things happen to the franchise.
They’ve lost their star Kobe Bryant for the remainder of the season due to a shoulder injury, Jordan Hill has been lost for a short amount of time and now it seems like they are trying to move Jeremy Lin as well.
The Lakers can’t get it right this year, they should try and get some young guys out there and try to see what they can get for the future and move forward. Trade some of their veterans, get some assets and make sure that they are set up for the future as soon as possible.
Magic did have some words that the Lakers can use as motivation though, the story of his first NBA Championship.
