Things with the Brooklyn Nets might not go to well during the 2015-16 season. They didn’t exactly get better in the offseason and they stuck with a majority of the same guys while other teams around them got better.
One move they did make in the offseason was taking a chance on Andrea Bargnani. The former number one overall pick is never lacking confidence and he is never afraid to shoot any shot at any time. He proved that in his Nets debut when Brooklyn hosted the Chicago Bulls at the Barclays Center.
Bargnani shot a three from the top of the three-point arc with time expiring on the shot clock and the Nets nearly down 20. He shot an airball which hit the outside of the Net and Brooklyn Nets head coach Lionel Hollins had the most classic reaction you could hope for. The look of disgust, anguish and disbelief is probably something most Nets fans will be feeling all season. Hopefull a #LionelFace trend will start soon.
Sometimes you got to shoot your shot, right?
Bargs finished with 17 points on the night, he grabbed 7 rebounds and shot 6-13 from the field including 5-5 from the free throw line and of course, 0-1 from three. The Nets lost to the Bulls, 115-100.
