The first game of LeBron James 2015 NBA Finals performance was fantastic as he dropped an NBA Finals career-high 44 points and left nothing more to be desired, except for Cleveland Cavaliers fans who wanted a win. Now, after a game 2 triple-double and the Cavs first playoff win in franchise history, there were some additional great expectations for ‘The King’.
LeBron went right back at it in game 3 for the Cavs to lead his team to their first franchise home victory in the NBA Finals. While his new runningmate Matthew Dellavedova has stolen most of the headlines, it’s LeBron James who is carrying his team across the finish line.
James finished with his second 40 point game of his NBA Finals career which also is the second game this series that LeBron dropped 40. He finished with 40 points, 12 rebounds, 8 assists, 4 steals and 2 blocks in 46 minutes of action as the Cavs now lead 2-1 in the NBA Finals.
