Recently Oklahoma City Thunder reigning MVP Kevin Durant seemed a little fed up and annoyed with the media before the All-Star Game and it might be one young intern that sparked Durant’s fire.
Recently during ‘The Starters’ special All-Star Weekend edition of ‘The Drop’ podcast they talked about a kid who was just asking some of the dumbest questions ever to the players like Anthony Davis.
Insert the David Letterman show intern, Todd.
Todd took to New York for NBA All-Star Weekend to talk to the players, legends and other stars about nothing to do with the All-Star game, the players or their careers.
In the video, Todd asked Kevin Durant, ‘Which Van Gundy is sexier?’ which didn’t exactly start Durant’s media session off on the right foot and then proceeded to ask if he could get Durant’s number.
The reigning MVP wasn’t the happiest.
Todd talked to Kevin Durant, LeBron James, had Wesley Matthews shoot a basketball which hit off his face, Scottie Pippen, Chris Mullin and even had a slightly funny interaction with Dikembe Mutumbo.
Got to give it to the kid though, he made the most out of the credentials given to him by CBS and the David Letterman show to create a little controversy and get the Letterman Show fans laughing.
